DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS FOR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

 

These Power Point presentations are inside .ZIP files.

Please follow this instructions in order for the presentation and music to work properly.

STEP 1: CREATE A NEW FOLDER ON "MY DOCUMENTS"

Create a new folder called 'MMT' on your 'My Documents' folder. It is in this folder that you need to download all the .ZIP files.

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD .ZIP FILE

Go to the Packages Menu on the left side of this page and click on the package you want download.

After the dialog box appears click on the "Save" button, and save it in the "MMT" folder you just have created.

STEP 3: EXTRACT FILES

Once you have downloaded the .zip file, go to the "MMT" folder under "My Documents", select the file and right click your mouse button and select "Extract all..." and follow the instructions of the wizard.

Note: Do not change the default folder that will be created by the wizard. Just click the "Next" button until finished.

Each Slide Presentation Package should have it's own folder.

Note: Each Package folder should contain two items: 1) The PowerPoint Presentation and 2) the .MP3 music file.

STEP 4: OPEN SLIDE PRESENTATION

Open the PowerPoint file of the package presentation.

STEP 5: PLAY SLIDE PRESENTATION

Once you have opened the PowerPoint file, place your cursor on the first slide. Then push "F5" on your computer or go to the "Slide Show" menu, and select "View show".

STEP 6: DOWNLOADING YOUR FONTS REQUIRED

For these PowerPoint Presentations to work properly, you may need to download the Fonts created especially for this presentation. Click here to download this fonts.

- Once you have downloaded this file, extract it to the same "MMT" folder using the same instructions mentioned above.

- Once you are in the "FONTS" folder select and copy all of the fonts and paste them into the following folder: "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts"

Requirements:
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 or better.
- Windows XP or 2000 (latest service packs recommended).
- 500 MHz Pentium class processor or better.
- 256MB RAM.
